Experience shaped by real environments
Our founder, Danni Catherall, has worked at bars, clubs, festivals, football fixtures and a wedding, both as part of large security teams and independently. That experience brings a practical understanding of how different environments place different demands on security.

Our partnership with MJK Training connects Sapphire Shield Security with experienced security and first-aid training expertise. MJK Training was founded by Mike Keenan, who has spent nearly 20 years in the private security industry.
